Qualifications:
- Students are eligible after they have completed their junior year at a 4 year college or university
- Preferred majors include a Business Related Degree or Logistics
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Passion for retail and knowledge of the AEO Inc. family of brands
- Understanding of trends and how they relate to the AE/aerie customer

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
Position Summary:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Global assortment samples for all departments within Aerie and OFFLINE apparel and accessories.
- Assist in hitting sample deadlines set out by the photo studio, PR, and photoshoot schedules.
- Support Manager in working closely with Functional Leads across Omni Merchandising, Business Strategies and Marketing to enable successful execution.
- Develop basic understanding of nuances across the Aerie/OFFLINE Brand to assist manager w/ properly coordinated sample deadlines in order to support evolving Business needs.
- Work closely with Stylist Coordinator for each department to understand when samples are being requested
- Check in samples and track sending/receiving details in PLM. Manage additional deliverables for sample handoffs (including SVLs and Excel charts).
- Consistently communicate updates and/or business related issues to Manager and VP in a timely manner.
- Assist manager in communicating impact when sample deadlines are not met.
- Recap each team on the status of the sample check in process. Responsible for giving clear information on what has been sent to the studio, photoshoot, etc. and when as well as giving clear recaps on what samples are still missing.
- General sample upkeep/organization in Pittsburgh office.
- Assist with PR sample pulls for editorial, campaign and influencer requests.
